He has been successful in creating and deploying creative campaigns for several of Jamaica’s leading brands including Cable & Wireless, Digicel and Diageo. Fueled by his passion for travel and the love for Jamaica, Castelle founded Vacaymenow to contribute creatively to the building of Jamaica’s tourism sector. Apart from being a business enthusiast, Castelle is passionate about videography, photography and food.

Omar is a hands-on professional with proven track record of success in product development and management in the USA, Latin American, South East Asia and the Caribbean. A graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a BSc in Marketing and International Business and Trade, Omar’s career includes leading the product and program teams at Ogangi Corp (USA) to developed solutions for global brands such as Bank of America and Macys. In the Caribbean Omar was the senior manager responsible for Mobile Data and Messaging services for Cable & Wireless (now trading as FLOW) in all their Caribbean markets, and has led strategic initiatives such as the development and rollout of mobile financial services. Omar is an avid traveler with a passion for family and food.

Monique has extensive experience in senior commercial and strategy roles across Latin America & the Caribbean. She has held regional strategic planning and research roles for Diageo, with responsibility for 40+ markets including the Caribbean, Central America and Chile, Argentina and Peru. While at global advertising agency McCann Erickson, Monique led the strategic planning function for a range of clients and brands across multiple industries.  Monique is an active member of her church and in her free time enjoys reconnecting with friend and attending cultural events.

Driven by her passion for people and brand development, Tahnida is a marketing practitioner with a wealth of experience in consumer, corporate, community, digital and brand communications. With over 17+ years of professional experience, she has developed a proven track record of successfully directing major projects, programs and campaigns. This includes her role as Senior sponsorship manager of Digicel Jamaica’s over USD6 million sponsorship portfolio, has directed several global marketing campaigns, telecoms network rollouts (Digicel Play) and product launches with a total combined revenue of over US$3 Billion.

Alison has over 12 years of professional experience as a Realtor Associate and now Broker with extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry in the Commercial and Residential Market in Jamaica. Her success has been due to her passion in ensuring her customer’s needs are fulfilled. In her spare time she loves spending time with family, church members, pet and loves traveling.
